I was started my yoga practice in 2001. Before i knew yoga I had many physical weakness and always had low blood pressure. When I was started my yoga at the first time and also supported with vegetarian diet, gradually these exercise influence my physical, mental and spiritual. I feel much better than before. My body become stronger and health. It creates internal balance and promote overall health, body, mind and soul. Then I know that yoga work special for me in incredible way, and it can produce the same result for everybody, depends on the body, age and how hard you practice yoga. I enjoy my yoga life very much. I wish to share my experience with others. If we practice yoga regularly it will increase our inner power, mind become stronger and make us ready to face all the obstacles that may come in the life. I was so interested in yoga since very young. One day ( 1990 ) I was attending an exhibition in Denpasar. On that time I bought a yoga book from Ananda Marga Organization. in that book I found the place where I can learn yoga, and the next day I came to that place and met acarya dada Rupatitananda Avaduta. Since then I learned yoga and meditation seriously. In the year of 2000, I started to teach yoga for local peoples. I completed my instructor yoga training at Ananda Marga Yoga Center in Denpasar in the year of 2001. Since 2006 I have been teaching in many villas and hotels. Come and join my class.

Namaskar. My name Avanti Kalyanashrii. I'm 7 years old. I was born in 'yoga' family. I was in born vegetarian and still until now. I'm very familiar with yoga and meditation. Me and my parents do that everyday. I love yoga because it seem so fun and cool. When we do yoga for kids I can focus on my body's movement and my mind in a great way.
